While working as Creative Director under government contract at Veridian Engineering (later acquired by General Dynamics), My team and I redefined the standard for how technical aircraft illustrations and training videos were created across multiple Navy programs.
By introducing design-forward logic systems, layout frameworks, and modernized illustration techniques, I replaced outdated workflows with a more efficient, intuitive visual language—streamlining communication between engineers, logistics teams, and operations staff.
My work led to increased accuracy and usability in complex schematics and tech manuals, directly improving field performance and procurement. These upgraded visuals were implemented into the C-2 Greyhound SLEP (Service Life Extension Program) and several other initiatives—saving millions and earning official recognition for innovation and excellence in support.
