When a local property owner shared a vision of transforming a collection of commercial buildings into an arts district, I stepped in to help make it a reality. I developed the strategic plan to bring the concept to life—outlining the vision, programs, and goals in a comprehensive presentation that galvanized support across the community.
I designed and led a panel event to elevate the idea, curating the speaker lineup and fostering local momentum. I also guided the grant strategy and collaborated with a grant writer to help secure major funding from The California Endowment, The City of San Diego, and The Conrad Prebys Foundation.
This initiative helped lay the foundation for what is now the Logan Heights Arts District—a community-centered cultural hub rooted in equity, creativity, and opportunity.
