Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Center Convenings

Over two consecutive years, Martha Martin co-led the design and facilitation of high-level gatherings at the Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio Center in Lake Como, Italy. These convenings brought together leaders from global institutions, Fortune 500 companies, governments, and civil society to align around systemic solutions for inclusive and sustainable economies.

Martha advised on both the vision and strategy—helping shape participant lists, content flow, and thematic direction. She served as the lead designer for visual communications, crafting narrative arcs, presentation design, and ecosystem maps that translated complex frameworks into compelling and accessible experiences.

Her storytelling frameworks and creative leadership helped align a cross-disciplinary group around shared priorities—laying the foundation for partnerships, global campaigns, and long-term movement-building efforts.
